Occasions arise when critical decisions must be made that require open, complete, and frank input from a variety of sources.  GoXL will meet with management to understand the question and the input expected from various participants.  We then meet with each participant to help them organize their information in a common format that outlines their perspectives and recommendations in a clear, concise, and supportable fashion.   In addition, we solicit thoughts from each participant regarding their expectations and any potential challenges that might arise that could inhibit a good decision making process.

GoXL will then facilitate the session, ensuring that all critical factors are presented, and that any differences or disagreements on the best course of action are managed in a productive fashion to ensure that no perspective is shortchanged.  We will also point out any evidence of "group think" as well as keep an open line of communication open between participants and facilitator to constantly monitor the group process, or any developing dysfunction.
