About GoXL Strategies

GoXL develops innovative "beta" strategies for industry and government to promote individual excellence and enhance operational efficiency.   Unlike most management consultants who seek to impose existing  marginally-effective canned programs, GoXL listens first.  Then, rather than tell you WHAT  your organization SHOULD be doing, we help you understand WHY operational conditions and personnel are less than optimal.   Then we will help you develop unique solutions that work for you.

About & Contact

My most fundamental  desire is to make things work  "better".  My core motivation is to understand how things work and find ways to help them work more effectively and with the greatest level of cooperation and contentment.  If necessary, I am desirous to  "fix" that which is broke.  Growing up on a farm taught me to work hard and to accept things that are out of my control, to use common sense in all that I do, and that there is always some element of risk in achieving anything of value.   My training as an engineer taught me to be detailed and methodical in all that I do, recognizing that the failure of the most insignificant can cause the failure of the whole.  My training in organizational development leads me to understand the value of clearly understood organizational values, standards, goals, objectives and how any group or team is organized plays a major role in success or failure.  My training in counseling reveals the role that individual personality, motivation, beliefs, values, etc, play in whether individuals possess the interpersonal skills and DESIRE to work as an effective team member.

In addition, I try to do my "thing" with as much acceptance and goodwill and humor as possible!
