Employee satisfaction surveys are often not well received. Typical Employee Satisfaction Surveys, whether conducted by Management, HR Department, or outside agency typically consist of a series of canned questions to be answered on a numeric scale. Questions may, or may not, be relevant to employees and can often miss issues critical to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction and retention. In order to maximize employee frankness, their confidentiality is enhanced via direct, anonymous e-mail feedback directly between employees & GoXL. If specific issues arise, GoXL offers consultation via email with select employees to offer strategies to self-resolve a range of issues. In addition, instead of a mere one-time survey, periodic email contact is made which includes follow-up questions as well as offering employees the chance to bring to light any new or unresolved ongoing issues that adversely affect individual or organizational effectiveness.
